At Vista Bank, we understand loan forgiveness for your recent Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan is a top priority for your business. 

If you received your PPP loan from Vista, you will need to process your forgiveness application through us as well. We will keep you updated as Congress weighs simplification of the process and advise when our loan forgiveness online application becomes available in the near future. In the meantime, we recommend the following steps. 

Step 1: Prepare
  • Stay up-to-date and understand covered expenses and timelines

  • Gather supporting documents like payroll expenses, business lease or rent payments and business utility payments while you await the final list of required supporting documents.

  • Reference FAQs to learn more.

Step 2: Apply
  • Watch for an email from us when the online application is available with your unique link to your application. 

  • Once you start your online application, you’ll be able to save and come back to it as often as is needed until it is complete. 

  • Please wait to submit your PPP loan forgiveness application until you have collected and uploaded all of your required documents. 

Step 3: Confirm
  • Once you submit your completed PPP loan forgiveness application and supporting documents, our team of experienced lenders will review and submit your application to the U.S. Small Business Administration. 

  • As soon as we hear back from them, we will notify you of their decision promptly, based on U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines.

As you process your PPP loan forgiveness, please note that you and your business may also qualify for the Main Street Lending Program.
