A former professional football player and graduate of Texas Tech University, Toby serves as an integral member of the Vista Bank leadership team. He is focused on giving back to his community through such organizations as Double T Varsity Club, Lubbock Housing Authority, Texas Tech University Early Head Start, UMC Gala, March of Dimes, and United Way.
Toby's motto for life and business is, "You have two ears and one mouth, so you should listen twice as much as you speak."
