Vista Bank’s Chief Banking Officer & Chief Credit Officer, Toby Cecil first joined the Bank in 2009 where he focused on growing the Lubbock market. His attention then shifted to managing the enterprise-wide loan portfolio, helping create our strong credit culture, and positioning the Bank for continued responsible, organic growth for years to come.

Having built a diverse loan portfolio with short-term maturities, Toby oversees our innately conservative credit culture, with a demonstrated history of maintaining resilient asset quality through multiple economic downturns.

As Chief Banking Officer, Mr. Cecil leads all banking functions and executes on Vista Bank’s goal of being the nation’s most respected community bank.
