Additionally, we are monitoring the specific provisions and opportunities from the CARES Act, having offered Round One PPP loans, Main Street Lending Program Loans and currently offering Round Two Paycheck Protection Program First and Second Draw Loans (while available). Full-Service Drive-Thru Banking

For your added safety and convenience, we stepped up our drive-thru services to provide the same great assistance you have come to expect from Vista Bank lobbies.

Curbside Banking

In order to serve you better, in many locations you will soon note the addition of curbside banking. You can utilize this service to pick up debit cards, make a wire transfer, request a notary and more. 

If you require cash services, you will still need to use the drive-thru. 

To utilize curbside banking, please pull into one of the designated parking spots, call the provided number on the sign, and a Vista banker will come to the car to help you.

Times like this bring out the very best in people. Unfortunately they also bring out bad individuals, looking to take advantage of others. With emotional and digital vulnerabilities, fraud and hacking is on the rise.

To help make sure the next virus doesn't strike online, our experts recommend everyone refrain from clicking on unsolicited coronavirus related attachments or hyperlinks from unknown/untrusted/unverified email sources, and be especially wary of appeals for help through social media, text messages, or phone calls related to the pandemic.

Vista Bank will NEVER ask for your username, passwords, PINs, or personal account information through unsolicited emails, phone calls, text messages, or pop-up windows. If you receive an unsolicited request for this information please call or visit your local branch or our centralized customer service number at 877.888.4782.

FDIC Insured Bank Deposits are Safe: Urges Consumers to Beware of Potential Scams Using the Agency's Name. 

In light of recent developments related to the coronavirus, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is reminding Americans that FDIC-insured banks remain the safest place to keep their money. The FDIC is also warning consumers of recent scams where imposters are pretending to be agency representatives to perpetrate fraudulent schemes. Read full press release here.

As the Economy Reopens, Remain Diligent To...

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Wear cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with others by practicing the recommended 6’ social distancing measures
  • Carefully monitor your own health and stay home when you are sick 
  • Cover your mouth and nose with the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze
  • Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces around you
  • Utiltize hand-sanitizer when you enter and exit new environments
  • Hydrate by drinking water frequently
