Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card

Here for you when it matters most.

To report a lost or stolen card, please:

  • Call any of our convenient locations during bank business hours
  • Contact 1.800.500.1044 after bank business hours

If you've simply misplaced your card and would like to temporarily disable it, you can freeze your card within seconds.

  • Log in to online banking or the Vista Bank mobile app. Select My Cards and click (or tap) on the card you'd like to disable. If you happen to relocate your card, you can re-enable it using the same method.
