Once you have decided on an account, you may open an account online or click on the forms link and download the checking account application.You will need to bring the completed application into the bank along with:

  • Two forms of identification. One must have a picture (such as your driver's license or passport).

  • Opening deposit (if applicable).

Please note that the personal information you provide will need to be verified in one of our branches before the account can be approved and opened.
