What We Are Doing:

As we do our part to flatten the curve and mitigate the spread of coronavirus, we have proactively taken appropriate measures to practice social distancing, protecting our team members, clients and communities.

From heightened hygiene and daily cleaning practices, to implementing plexiglass screens and social distancing in lobbies, helping clients navigate online banking and offering full-service drive-thru and curbside banking, we are here to help you Bank With Confidence.

Lobby Banking

As we reopen our lobbies during normal business hours, please note the following actions taken to protect you and your family.

  • You are welcome - but not required - to wear a mask in the lobby. Given the sensitive nature of masks and bank safety, you will be asked to remove the mask when you enter and identify yourself to your Vista banker and lobby cameras, before putting the mask back on. If you would like one, a disposable mask can be provided at your request.
  • When waiting to see a Vista Bank specialist, please maintain the recommended 6' social distancing protocol from fellow guests and our team members. In areas where lines typically form, the distance will be marked with floor decals.
  • Once you reach the teller line, please note that plexiglass countertop sneeze guards have been installed for additional protection.
  • As an added precaution, we have temporarily suspended public use of our restrooms, breakrooms, food, and beverage stations.
  • As you enter and exit the lobby, a hand sanitizing station is provided for your safety.
  • Please know that in addition to standard thorough nightly cleanings of each Vista location, proactive steps including bleaching common areas and high-touch items throughout the day were implemented from day one of the pandemic and will continue for the foreseeable future.

Full-Service Drive-Thru Banking

For your added safety and convenience, we stepped up our drive-thru services to provide the same great assistance you have come to expect from Vista Bank lobbies.

Now that lobbies are reopened, we will continue this level of service to give you flexibility in banking the way you deem best for you and your family.

Below are a few of the drive-thru services we can provide. If you or your family need additional assistance, don’t hesitate to come inside the lobby. Click here to see if your branch offers full service drive-thru banking.

  • Account Inquiry, (also available with online banking and over the phone 1-877-491-2265)
  • Check Cashing
  • Cash Withdrawals
  • Cash or Check Deposits, (or you can use remote deposit capture)
  • Wire Transfers
  • Temporary Checks
  • Safe Deposit Box Access

Curbside Banking

In order to serve you better, in many locations you will soon note the addition of curbside banking. You can utilize this service to pick up debit cards, make a wire transfer, request a notary and more.

If you require cash services, you will still need to use the lobby or drive-thru.

To utilize curbside banking, please pull into one of the designated parking spots, call the provided number on the sign, and a Vista banker will come to the car to help you.
