In his 6th year with Vista Bank and 15th year in the industry, Board Secretary and Director of Investor Relations, Matt Willis has always invested in putting People First.

From his beginning roles as Mail Clerk, Teller, and Purchasing Coordinator to Human Resource Director and today’s responsibilities, his vast experience prepared him to navigate multiple priorities for the Board, leadership, and investors.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Wayland Baptist University, Mr. Willis is married to Marlana, and together they have two children, Jayden and Dylan.
