Mandy Austin, Market President Texas

Ms. Austin serves as Vista Bank’s Texas Market President, where she leads the bank’s Texas market operations and corporate banking strategy. With more than two decades of experience in financial services and corporate banking, she is responsible for driving growth, expanding client relationships, and supporting the bank’s strategic initiatives across Texas.

Prior to joining Vista Bank, Ms. Austin spent 18 years at Bank of Texas, most recently serving as Dallas Market President and Chief Executive Officer while leading the Corporate Banking division. During her tenure, she oversaw the development of a multi-billion-dollar loan and deposit portfolio and helped establish specialty lending verticals, including supply chain finance and subscription lending. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for leadership in team development, portfolio growth, client retention, risk management, and culture preservation.

Ms. Austin has been recognized as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s Texas 100 and 40 Under 40 honorees. She is actively involved in her community as a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), serves on the board of the Children’s Health Foundation, and has held leadership roles with the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Ms. Austin holds a degree from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
