Premier Client

Client relationship assessments will be completed once a year in the month of January.  Based on the assessment, clients may be upgraded or downgraded to the next qualifying tier. On a case by case basis a client may be placed immediately into the qualifying tier. For example, a client opening a new account which meets the deposit requirements of a Premier or Private Tier will be placed into the appropriate tier.  Monthly reviews completed by the Premier and Private Bankers, may determine an immediate upgrade or downgrade depending on tier requirements. We may change or terminate program benefits at any time, without prior notice.

¹ The preferred rate is variable and subject to change at any time without notice, including setting the interest rate equal to the standard rate or to zero (0.00%), which could change the Annual Percentage Yield (APY).

² Trust and Wealth Services are referred to the Bank of Jackson Hole with discounts applied to appropriate fees charged for those services. A Trust relationship is not a requirement for this program. Trust Services are not FDIC-Insured, May Lose Value and have no Bank guarantee. 

³ Mortgage rate discounts are available to clients in the Premier or Private tiers at the time of application (for co-borrowers, at least one applicant must be in a Premier or Private tier). Amount of discount is based on your eligible tier at the time of mortgage application and is not subject to adjustment. Mortgage rate discount may not be eligible on special credit programs offered by the bank including, but not limited to, down payment assistance programs, bond programs, etc. Loans are subject to credit approval. This rate dis-count cannot be combined with other offers. 

⁴ The $500 3rd party fee reduction is available to all clients whose applications are approved for a Primary Residence HELOC loan (applies to a new purchase or refinanced loan)  This reduction will not exceed the amount of the 3rd party fees. This fee reduction cannot be combined with other offers. Loans are subject to credit approval. The Premier and Private rate reduction is in addition to the current 6 month rate reduction and will last for the life of the loan. Rate reductions do not apply to jumbo home equity lines of credit. Loans are subject to credit approval. This rate discount cannot be combined with other offers. 

⁵ Clients included in the Premier and Private Program tiers using a Vista Bank debit or ATM card will not be charged the non-NBH Bank ATM fee. Clients included in the Premier and Private Program tiers using a Vista Bank debit or ATM Card will receive a refund of the ATM operator or network fee for withdrawals, balance inquires and balance transfer from non-NBH Bank ATMs in the U.S.
