Market President Florida

Michael Woody serves as Executive Vice President and Florida Market President at Vista Bank, where he leads the Bank’s strategic growth initiatives across Florida. As part of Vista’s expansion into the Sunshine State, he is responsible for growing the commercial real estate, residential, commercial and industrial lending portfolio, developing strong deposit relationships, and supporting entrepreneurs who drive the region’s dynamic economy.

With more than 18 years of banking and financial services experience, Michael has built a strong track record in commercial lending, relationship management, and market leadership. Prior to joining Vista Bank, he served as Chief Lending Officer for Professional Bank and held management positions with BankUnited and TD Bank.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the South and an International MBA in Finance from the University of South Carolina. He is actively involved in the community and has served on the boards of Junior Achievement of South Florida, the Florida Atlantic University Foundation, and St. Mark’s Episcopal School in Palm Beach Gardens.
