With more than 20 years of experience in SBA lending, Bobby Byrum is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and business owners turn opportunities into reality. As a Senior Vice President - SBA Business Development Officer Sr, he works with clients across a wide range of industries to secure financing for business acquisitions, startups, expansions, commercial real estate, partner buyouts, working capital, equipment purchases and debt refinancing.

Bobby understands that every business—and every borrower—is unique. He takes the time to learn each client’s goals, explain financing options in clear terms, and structure solutions that align with both their short-term needs and long-term vision. Whether a client is purchasing their first business or expanding an established company, Bobby is committed to making the SBA lending process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Known for his responsiveness, accessibility, and personalized service, Bobby believes that communication is just as important as financing. He works closely with borrowers throughout the process, providing guidance from the initial conversation through closing while collaborating with the bank's SBA team.

Bobby has extensive expertise in SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 lending and is passionate about helping business owners access the capital they need to grow with confidence. 

Mr. Randall has serves as NBH Bank’s Executive Vice President and Head of SBA. Previously, Mr. Randall served as Head of Commercial and Specialty Banking. He has also served as a member of NBH Bank’s board of directors since 2017. Mr. Randall has over 29 years of leadership experience building a successful commercial banking and specialty finance business, providing debt and equity capital to lower middle market business across the U.S. Prior to joining NBH Bank, Mr. Randall was the director and founder of CoBiz Structured Finance, based in Denver, Colorado, since 2011.

Previously, he was an executive of the Marquette Financial Companies as Senior Managing Director, COO and board member of MFC Capital Funding, a Chicago, Illinois-based national specialty finance and investing business that was started in 2005. Mr. Randall is a Trustee of the University of Colorado Foundation, supporting all campuses of the University of Colorado System.

Anita Boronkay is Director of SBA Strategy and Operations and leads the Bank's SBA lending execution, compliance, and operational strategy. She oversees the full SBA loan lifecycle, including underwriting, loan operations, packaging, closing, and post-closing support, while maintaining the Bank's SBA Preferred Lender Program (PLP) status.

With more than 20 years of banking experience and extensive expertise in SBA lending, Anita partners with business development, credit, and operations teams to deliver compliant, efficient financing solutions for small business clients. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs access capital while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth across the Bank's SBA platform.

Vanessa Reyes serves as the Operations Manager of our SBA Lending Division. She brings nearly two decades of combined industry experience, 12 years of which were in SBA specialized lending.

Vanessa has held positions in various Business Lending Operations departments, which expanded into leadership roles. Vanessa is passionate about helping small businesses clients access the funding they need to achieve their financial goals and providing first class customer service. She also serves on the board of directors, as President, of SheThrive Foundation, empowering women with the tools necessary to rebuild their lives and regaining independence.

She is the proud mother of 3 girls, who constantly teach her what life is all about. When she does have free time, the adventures can range from traveling, roasting marshmallows, playing golf, off-roading or playing board games with her children.
